Blooma Nashville’s New-Mama Group is the perfect space to connect, ask questions, laugh, cry, and talk about life with a new baby. Help ease the transition into motherhood in a supportive, open environment. The group is just $5, no fancy rules or restrictions. It is a perfect way to get out of the house for the first few times with a new baby.

Come as you are! Seriously.
Drop-ins are welcome, and you are never late at Blooma! Show up late, leave early, feed baby, change diapers, come un-showered … we welcome you + love you just the way you are!

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 12:30pm-1:30pm
Our mama circles begin with introductions and then the conversation follows the lead of the women who’ve gathered for the afternoon. We trust that just the right group shows up, and we hold space for you to hear what you need to hear, share what your heart wants to share, and leave the rest. No judgments, no expectations, no advice — just the space we all need to be seen, heard, loved and appreciated.

On Mondays, we begin with questions about feeding baby (lactation, breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, pumping and more!), and then let the conversation unfold from there.

On Wednesdays, there’s a bit of focus on self-care, and then mamas lead the conversation where they most need support.

Fridays, new moms can ask questions about postpartum nutrition. As always, if there’s another question on your mind, there’s plenty of time in circle to talk about the issues, mishaps, highs, and funnies of life with baby.

The group is ideal for first-time moms and new-again moms. Bring your baby.  Bring a lunch or snack if you like. This group is perfect for baby’s first year!
